• Automatic points from Square, SumUp, Stripe, Zettle, Lightspeed, Shopify and WooCommerce, when the sale carries the customer's phone number, email or customer ID.
• AI Loyalty Adviser, nightly insights (segments, churn risk, lifetime value), and an API + MCP server for AI agents.
• 100 SMS a month included.

Growth — €89 a month incl. VAT, or €890 a year

• Unlimited customers and up to 5 stores.
• Everything in Pro, with 20 win-back or broadcast sends a month.
• 250 SMS a month included.

FAQ

Do prices include VAT?

Yes. All Loyalty+ prices include VAT: Pro is €39 a month and Growth is €89 a month.

Do I need a card for the free trial?

No. Every new account gets a 14-day Pro trial with no card. If you don't subscribe, the account moves to Free when the trial ends: nothing is deleted, existing customers keep collecting points, and Pro features pause until you upgrade.

Is yearly billing cheaper?

Yes. Pro is €390 a year and Growth €890 a year, which is two months free compared with paying monthly.

What counts toward the customer limit?

Active customers. When customers join at the till (QR scan, phone number or a POS sale) after you reach the limit, there is a grace allowance of 20% of the limit, at least 10 (200 extra on Pro), so nobody is turned away at the counter. Customers you add yourself stop at the limit. Growth has no customer limit.

Which integrations award points automatically?

Points arrive automatically from Square, SumUp, Stripe, Zettle, Lightspeed, Shopify and WooCommerce on Pro and Growth, when the sale carries the customer's phone number, email or customer ID. Clover, Xero, Jobber, ServiceM8, Mailchimp and Google Business also connect, but they do not award points.

What if I need more SMS?

Pro includes 100 SMS a month and Growth 250. Extra SMS come in prepaid packs: 100 for €10, 500 for €45 or 1,000 for €80, valid for 12 months.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, from the Billing page. Your plan keeps running to the end of the period you paid for.
