Loyalty+ vs BonusQR

BonusQR has a free plan with unlimited customers. Loyalty+ (loyaltyplus.app) is free only up to 50 customers. If you want a free loyalty card and nothing more, BonusQR is hard to beat on price. Loyalty+ fits better when you want points to arrive from your till or online shop by themselves, and when customers should collect points by scanning your QR code, with no staff step.

BonusQR is a QR loyalty app from Central Europe. It offers stamp cards, points, cashback and coupons, plus an e-shop for vouchers and a booking system on paid plans.

Prices

BonusQR shows prices in US dollars "based on your country", and its pricing page does not say whether VAT is included. Paid plans are cheaper per month when you pay for 3, 6 or 12 months at once. Loyalty+ prices are in euro and include VAT.

When BonusQR is the better choice

• You want it free with many customers. BonusQR Free has no customer limit. Loyalty+ Free stops at 50, and Pro at 1,000.
• You want wallet cards or an app. BonusQR offers Apple and Google Wallet cards and its own iOS and Android app, plus a web version. Loyalty+ does not offer wallet passes; its card opens in the browser.
• You want referral or birthday rewards. BonusQR Premium has a referral system and birthday coupons. Loyalty+ has neither.
• You want to email your customers. BonusQR sends news by push and email on Basic and Premium. Loyalty+ does not email customers.
• You need staff logins. BonusQR Basic adds 5 employee logins and shows who scanned. Loyalty+ has no separate staff logins; staff use a PIN on the cashier terminal.
• You sell vouchers or take bookings. BonusQR's paid plans include an e-shop for gift vouchers and a booking system. Loyalty+ has neither.
• You have many locations. BonusQR Basic lets you add more locations to one account and gives no limit. Loyalty+ Growth stops at 5 stores.

When Loyalty+ fits better

• Points from your till. On Pro and Growth, points arrive automatically from Square, SumUp, Stripe, Zettle, Lightspeed, Shopify and WooCommerce when the sale carries the customer's phone number, email or customer ID. BonusQR's pricing page says no POS integration is needed: staff scan the customer's QR code with a phone. It lists POS or CRM integration only for its custom app, from USD 1,690.
• No staff step at the till. The customer scans your store's QR code with the phone camera and the points land. The code on screen rotates, and a cooldown (60 minutes by default) stops repeat scans.
• Your customers only see your business. The Loyalty+ card is a page for your shop. BonusQR's own app shows customers other nearby businesses too (its pricing page says so).
• Reward alerts on cheap channels. Web push and Telegram are free; WhatsApp and SMS are fallbacks (100 SMS a month on Pro).
• Insights and AI. Nightly customer segments, churn risk and lifetime value, an AI Loyalty Adviser, and an API + MCP server for AI agents (Pro and Growth).
• Clear euro prices with VAT included. Pro is €39 a month and Growth €89 a month.

Online shop and physical store

Both connect to Shopify and WooCommerce on paid plans, and both keep one balance for online and in-store purchases. BonusQR matches an online order to a member by email; the shopper must already be a member, because an order does not create a BonusQR account (says its e-commerce page, read 26 Oct 2026). Loyalty+ matches by phone number first, then email, then the shop's customer ID, and creates the customer if none matches. What Loyalty+ does not do (yet)

• No wallet passes, no referral rewards, no birthday rewards.
• No email to customers, no customer import.
